Finally, an update!

Well, where do I begin since it has taken forever and a day for me to get back to updating this thing. I started working for the legal department at Liberty Mutual (Love it!) and started a wine group here – between that and taking care of the girls – life has gotten a little hectic! For a short time I started to get homesick – that was until we made a trip to Jacksonville. It’s just such a dirty area – and there is nowhere there that I could possibly feel as safe as I do here. Plus, the landscape here in Alabama is so much nicer to look at. (We won’t talk about the fact that today is April 15th and when I left the house at 7 a.m. it was 37 degrees!!) The girls are doing great. They both seem to have settled into their daycare routine. Madelyn is still doing gymnastics and Maci is trucking along being her usual crazy self. She is starting to talk so much- it’s like she had an explosion of words in the past couple of weeks. We got a new dog – a mini dashaund named Daisy, and Maci adores her. We still have Jayden, but are trying to find her a home with more room to run. She seems to be a bit unhappy cooped up in our house. Life is just trucking along for now – I will TRY to keep this up-to-date. :)
